Khaitan & Co represented TPG Growth in $150 million investment in Tessolve
The Leading Law firm, Khaitan & Co represented TPG Growth in its USD 150 million investment in Tessolve, a leading semiconductor engineering services company. Founded in India in 2004, Tessolve was acquired by Hero Electronix in 2016.
Tessolve partners with 18 of the world’s top 20 semiconductor firms and employs over 3,500 engineers across offices. The company plans to utilise the funds to strengthen global delivery centres, expand advanced test labs, and enhance its end-to-end semiconductor engineering capabilities.
