The Leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Visa Steel Limited on the preferential issue of 5,00,00,000 warrants, convertible into 5,00,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each.
These warrants were issued at a price of Rs. 40 per warrant, aggregating to Rs. 200 crores, and were allotted to the promoters.
