Morgan India Private Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, Axis Capital Limited, and Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited — on the filing of the updated draft red herring prospectus-I (DRHP-I) for the proposed initial public offering of Meesho Limited.
The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue aggregating to INR 42,500 million and an offer for sale of up to 175,696,602 equity shares.
