Khaitan & Co advised Tata Communications Limited on INR 1,000 crore non-convertible debenture issuance
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co, acted as transaction counsel to Tata Communications Limited (“Issuer”) for the issuance of rated, unsecured, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures up to an aggregate amount of INR 1,000 crores on a private placement basis. The proceeds of the issuance will be utilised for reimbursement of capital expenditure incurred by the Issuer and for general corporate purposes.
