Khaitan & Co advised Promoters and Brokers on the Offer for Sale of Keystone Realtors Limited
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Mr Boman Rustom Irani, Mr Percy Sorabji Chowdhry, and Mr Chandresh Dinesh Mehta (the “Promoters”) and Avendus Capital Private Limited, Spark Institutional Equities Private Limited, and Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited (the “Brokers”) in relation to the sale of 45,76,000 equity shares of Keystone Realtors Limited.
The sale was conducted through an Offer for Sale by the Promoters via the stock exchange mechanism, aggregating to INR 252 crores.
