Khaitan & Co advised Power Finance Corporation Limited on financial assistance to Adani Hybrid Energy Projects

Khaitan & Co advised Power Finance Corporation Limited in relation to the financial assistance extended to:

  1. (i) Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer One Limited for an amount not exceeding INR 1,661 crores,
  2. (ii) Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Two Limited for an amount not exceeding INR 1,444 crores, and
  3. (iii) Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer One Limited for an amount not exceeding INR 5,478 crores,

for refinancing existing facilities concerning their respective 390 MW, 300 MW, and 700 MW wind-solar hybrid projects situated in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan (the “Projects”).
