The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Peak XV Partners Investments VIII (formerly Sequoia Capital India & SEA) (“Peak XV”) in relation to its investment in the Series A funding round of Oritur Technologies Private Limited (“Wizcommerce”) through a combination of primary and secondary transactions.
Wizcommerce is engaged in the business of developing, owning, and operating a proprietary cloud-based software platform, which includes customer relationship management (CRM) tools, e-commerce website capabilities, integrated payment processing, sales analytics, and business automation features.
