Khaitan & Co advised Mindspace Business Parks REIT on INR 560 crore NCD issuance
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Mindspace Business Parks REIT and K Raheja Corp Investment Managers Private Limited, as the Issuer’s investment manager, in relation to the issue and allotment of up to 56,000 listed, rated, secured, redeemable, transferable, taxable, non-cumulative non-convertible debentures aggregating up to INR 560 crores on a private placement basis. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited acted as the arranger to the issue.
The debentures are secured by way of a mortgage over identified movable and immovable assets of Horizonview Properties Private Limited, an asset SPV of the Issuer, along with a corporate guarantee from the asset SPV.
