The leading Indian law firm Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to Milky Mist Dairy Food Limited and its promoters, Sathishkumar and Anitha, on the filing of the draft red herring prospectus for its proposed initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares aggregating up to INR 20,350 million, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale.
The Khaitan & Co team advised on all aspects of the IPO, including corporate, employment, and intellectual property-related matters.
