Khaitan & Co Advised Max India On ₹124 Crore Rights Issue Of Equity Shares

Khaitan & Co advised Max India Limited in relation to the issue of up to 82,81,973 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of INR 10 each of Max India Limited (the “Rights Equity Shares”) for cash at a price of INR 150 per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of INR 140 per Rights Equity Share), aggregating up to INR 12,422.96 lakh on a rights basis to the eligible equity shareholders of Max India Limited.
