Khaitan & Co Advised Lightspeed India Partners, Z47 And RTP Global Partners On Investment In Stable-Alpha Technologies
Khaitan & Co acted as legal advisors to Lightspeed India Partners III, LLC (“Lightspeed”), Matrix Partners India Investments IV, LLC; Matrix Partners India Investments IV-A LLC and Matrix Partners India IV AIF (collectively referred to as “Z47”) and RTP Global Partners III, L.P. (‘RTP’) in series B round of investment in Stable-Alpha Technologies Private Limited (“Stable”).
Fundamentum Partnership and Aditya Birla Ventures (as the lead investors) and Lightspeed, Z47 and RTP (as the existing investors) invested USD 20 million in Stable in its Series B funding round by way both primary and secondary investments. While Lightspeed, Z47 and RTP invested USD 10.5 million, Fundamentum Partnership and Aditya Birla Ventures invested USD 10 million in Stable.
Khaitan & Co core transaction team comprised of Nidhi Killawala (Partner) and Ayushi Mishra (Principal Associate).
The role of Firm included assisted Lightspeed, Z47 and RTP with review, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents and providing execution and closing related assistance.
