Khaitan & Co advised Just Climate on follow-on investment in Continuum Green Energy
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Just Climate LLP on its follow-on investment of INR 6.22 billion (approximately USD 67.5 million) in Continuum Green Energy Limited, following its earlier investment of USD 150 million in September 2024. The transaction involved scaling investments in renewable energy assets catering to commercial and industrial consumers in India.

Continuum Green Energy Limited is a leading renewable energy company in India with a diversified portfolio of green energy generation assets.
Khaitan & Co provided end-to-end legal support on the transaction, including:
- (a) Advising on structuring;
- (b) Negotiation of transaction documents; and
- (c) Assistance with signing and closing of the transaction documents.
