Khaitan & Co advised ISKCON on acquisition of property in Ballygunge
The leading Indian law firm Khaitan & Co advised ISKCON on its acquisition of premium residential property in Ballygunge, Kolkata, from Navneel Ispat Private Limited.
The Firm provided end-to-end advisory and assistance in relation to the acquisition, including conducting due diligence of the property, preparing and negotiating the deed of conveyance, sale agreement, and other ancillary documentation, ensuring proper assessment of applicable stamp duty and registration fees, verification and approval of the deed of conveyance and sale agreement at the registrar’s office, and arranging the execution and registration process.
