Khaitan & Co advised Indiqube Spaces Limited on its IPO
The leading Indian law firm Khaitan & Co advised Indiqube Spaces Limited and the Promoter Selling Shareholders in relation to the initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to INR 7,000.00 million, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholders.
As per news reports, the IPO was oversubscribed by 2.54 times overall, with the retail investors’ portion being oversubscribed by 12.90 times, the QIB portion by 14.35 times, the NII portion by 8.27 times, and the employee reservation portion by 6.83 times.
