Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to ILP 4 India 1 Private Limited (an IndoSpace entity) in connection with the acquisition of land admeasuring approximately 4 acres, along with existing structures situated in Andheri, for a total consideration of ~INR 193.50 crores.

The firm conducted comprehensive due diligence on the property and was responsible for drafting and negotiating all transaction documents.
