The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised certain promoters of Stylam Industries Limited (“SIL”) on the sale of substantial shareholding in SIL (c. 40%) to Aica Kogyo Company Limited. The transaction triggers a mandatory tender offer for an additional 26% stake in SIL.
The Firm advised the members of the promoter and promoter group on structuring, negotiation, and documentation for the proposed transaction.
