The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co acted as legal advisor to C5i (Course5 Intelligence Limited) in connection with its acquisition of 100% stake in Datavid Limited (UK) and its subsidiaries in India and Romania.
Datavid is engaged in the provision of data engineering and data science services and solutions, as well as applied artificial intelligence (AI) professional services enabling data-led business insights for third-party customers.
The Firm advised on transaction structuring, conducted legal due diligence, reviewed and drafted acquisition documents, and provided counsel on applicable regulatory and corporate law matters.
