Khaitan & Co advised Balkrishna Industries on INR 750 crore NCD issuance
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co acted as transaction counsel to Balkrishna Industries Limited in relation to the issuance, allotment, and listing of up to 75,000 rated, listed, senior, unsecured, redeemable, non-cumulative, non-convertible debentures aggregating to INR 750 crores, issued in three series on a private placement basis. YES Bank Limited and ICICI Bank Limited acted as arrangers to the issue.
The issue included an anchor portion of up to 30% of the total issue size for each series, which was subscribed by YES Bank Limited and ICICI Bank Limited.
