The leading Indian law firm Khaitan & Co acted as Indian legal counsel to all the Selling Shareholders in relation to the initial public offering of equity shares of face value INR 1 each (“Equity Shares”) of OnEMI Technology Solutions Limited. The offer comprised a fresh issue aggregating to INR 10,000 million and an offer for sale of 8,879,575 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholders.
