Keith Hagan returns to Baker McKenzie as Partner in North America Tax Practice

Strengthens firm’s renewable energy and project finance tax capabilities in Miami

Baker McKenzie has announced the return of Keith Hagan as a Partner in the firm’s North America Tax Practice, based in Miami. A seasoned expert in renewable energy and project finance tax, Keith brings with him deep experience advising clients on domestic and cross-border tax strategies across infrastructure, M&A, and private equity transactions.

Keith specializes in federal tax incentives, including production and investment tax credits and their monetization. He has represented a wide range of clients including joint ventures, public and private companies, REITs, private equity, and venture capital funds, and regularly advises on matters under Subchapters K and C of the Internal Revenue Code.
