Areas of Practice include, Banking, IBC, Company, Civil, Constitutional, Arbitration, and Regulatory Dispute. The firm’s associates appear in Lower Courts, High Courts and Tribunals including NCLT, and DRT.
Qualification Criteria
Assessment test (2 research questions)
Candidates with an inclination and exposure to research, drafting of suits, applications, demand notices, agreements and an interest in participating in negotiations may apply. The candidate should also be an avid reader of law journals and new developments in the areas of law the firm deals with.
Responsibilities
Drafting, Research, Client Meeting, Reading Case FIles, Briefing Seniors.
Areas of Practice: IBC, Commercial, Higher Education, Arbitration & Constitutional Law Matters
Location
Hyderabad, the selected candidate is required to come to office 3 days in a week. Rest, it is work from home.
