
Janet Gooi joins Clyde & Co as Partner to lead Middle East tax practice
Global law firm Clyde & Co has strengthened its Middle East corporate practice with the appointment of Janet Gooi as a Partner in its Dubai office. Gooi joins the firm’s Global Corporate & Advisory practice and will lead Clyde & Co’s Middle East tax offering.
Gooi is a highly regarded tax lawyer, advising regional and multinational corporations, private equity groups, investment funds, and high-net-worth individuals on a range of tax issues. She has particular expertise in international tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax, and tax disputes across the Middle East, and is recognized for contributing to the development of the tax landscape in the UAE and the region.
