Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, Oyat Avocats advised on Wipro Enterprises’ acquisition of majority stake in Lauak Group

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer advised Wipro Enterprises on the acquisition of a majority stake in Lauak Group from the Charritton family through a cross-border multijurisdictional deal. Paris-based Oyat Avocats advised Lauak Group on the transaction.

This acquisition reinforces Wipro’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the European aerospace sector.

The transaction team at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer was led by Wipro Enterprises relationship partner Siddhartha Shukla and partner Cyril Boulignat, together with partners Emma Rohsler, Emmanuel Ronco, Anne Petitjean, Veronica Roberts, Bruno Knadjian, of counsel Camille Lartigue, and associate Rhys Williams.
