Gateley Middle East Announces Strategic Office Move to DIFC

The global law firm Gateley Middle East has announced its relocation to the Burj Daman Tower in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The new office, situated opposite the DIFC Gate Village, will house Gateley Middle East’s corporate, employment, real estate, construction, commercial dispute resolution, and shipping & aviation teams, highlighting the firm’s ongoing commitment to expanding its integrated legal and business services in the UAE and the wider MENA region.

The 4,000 sq ft Grade A office offers a modern working environment with state-of-the-art meeting rooms, breakout spaces, a collaboration hub, and smart technologies. The location also holds LEED Gold certification, supporting Gateley’s focus on reducing its environmental footprint and enhancing responsible business practices.

Earlier this year, Gateley strengthened its Middle East legal services offering by appointing a six-strong corporate team from a major international firm, led by new Dubai managing partner and head of corporate, Darren Harris.

Rod Waldie, CEO of Gateley, said,

“We see our move to one of the world’s leading financial hubs as truly game-changing. Our new home has been designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and flexibility. It offers a world-class working environment for our people and clients and will strengthen our ability to attract and retain top legal talent. The new space also aligns perfectly with our values as a responsible business, providing an enhanced, sustainable environment in which to work.”

Darren Harris, office managing partner and head of corporate at Gateley Middle East, said,

“This is more than a physical move – it represents an important strategic leap forward for Gateley. This exciting move heralds an exciting new chapter for the business, reinforcing our ambitions to build a Middle East hub that drives opportunity and shared success across the region. The new location gives us the operational bandwidth and agility to meet our ambitious growth plans, collaborate effectively, and continue to provide exceptional client service through our unique blend of integrated legal and non-legal business services.”
