Eversheds Sutherland advised the shareholders of The Alternative Parcels Company (APC) on the sale of their shares and their reinvestment into a new ownership structure led by WS Holdco Limited, DBAY Advisors Limited, and other investors.

This transaction marks a significant milestone for APC, the UK’s largest independent parcel delivery network, as it embarks on a new phase of growth and investment. The deal required careful coordination and bespoke legal structuring for a large and diverse shareholder base.
