The leading global law firm Eversheds Sutherland advised IVI RMA Global, a world-leading platform in reproductive medicine, on its acquisition of ART Fertility, a prominent fertility group operating three state-of-the-art clinics in the United Arab Emirates.
This strategic acquisition marks a significant step forward in IVI RMA Global’s mission to deliver world-class, individualized, and evidence-based fertility care to patients, while creating a strong platform to expand and promote access to fertility care across the region. With this acquisition, IVI RMA will operate more than 200 fertility clinics across 15 jurisdictions, strengthening its position as a leader in reproductive medicine.
The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Zeid D.
