
Estelle Philippi to Join Latham & Watkins as Tax Partner in Paris
The global law firm Latham & Watkins has announced that Estelle Philippi will join its Paris office as a partner in the firm’s Transactional Tax Practice, further strengthening its market-leading transactional capabilities in France and across Europe.
A highly regarded tax lawyer, Estelle advises private equity firms, public and private companies, and financial institutions on complex tax aspects of domestic and cross-border corporate and finance transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate reorganizations. She is also known for her experience in tax-related litigation and matters involving both French and international tax law.

Philippi joins Latham & Watkins from White & Case. She holds a master’s degree in European business law from the Universities of Nancy and Cologne, and a postgraduate professional degree in business law from the University of Nancy.
