DSK Legal, Receives Regulatory Approvals to Open Offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, Strengthening the India–UAE Legal Corridor
The leading law firm in India, DSK Legal, has secured regulatory approvals to establish new offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Abu Dhabi. This milestone marks a significant step in the firm’s strategic international expansion and reinforces its commitment to serving clients across the India–UAE business corridor and the wider MENA region.
With these two new offices, DSK Legal aims to provide seamless legal support to Indian clients operating in the MENA region and to international clients seeking to enter or expand their footprint in the Indian market. The firm will deliver integrated legal solutions across diverse sectors, including projects, real estate, technology, energy, financial services, sports, media, and international arbitration.

Vinodh Kumar, who has been based in the UAE for nearly two decades, will serve as DSK Legal’s resident partner in the region. With extensive General Counsel experience, he has led legal teams for major conglomerates across the Middle East and Africa, bringing deep regional knowledge and sectoral expertise to the firm.
Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, former Chief Justice of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court, will serve as Senior Advisor to the firm’s UAE offices, offering his wide experience as a practitioner, judge, and arbitrator.
The UAE offices will work in close coordination with DSK Legal’s offices in India to deliver comprehensive and cohesive legal services. With this move, DSK Legal becomes one of the few Indian law firms to have a direct presence in both ADGM and Dubai—two of the world’s leading financial and legal hubs.
