DSK Legal has hired Link Legal India Law Services Delhi-based projects partner Dinesh Pardasani with a team of three.
His team includes senior associate Shantanu Singh and associates Aishwary Kumar Tiwari and Kanupriya Mehndiratta, and he is the fourth projects partner at DSK, alongside projects partners Anuja Tiwari, Ajay Shaw and Anjan Dasgupta.
Pardasani specialises in projects, particularly in railways (where he had advised on five out of six PPP-model metro rail projects in India, according to a DSK statement), as well as in the sectors of water, waste management, renewable energy, industrial corridors, and smart cities.
He also does some projects arbitration and general litigation, according to DSK.
