DLA Piper Expands Corporate Practice With The Addition Of Stephanie Yarbrough And Brendan Staley

DLA Piper has announced the expansion of its Corporate practice with the appointment of Stephanie Yarbrough and Brendan Staley as partners. Yarbrough will be based in the firm’s New York office, while Staley joins the team in Washington, DC.

Yarbrough focuses on advising companies looking to expand or relocate within the United States. She works closely with businesses throughout the incentive negotiation and approval process, assisting with site selection and advocating before relevant governmental bodies. Her practice spans a variety of sectors, including corporate headquarters, manufacturing, data centers, distribution, and large-scale office projects. She also has significant experience in the aviation, automotive, and life sciences industries.

Staley also counsels domestic and international businesses expanding or relocating in the U.S., especially with the development of headquarters, manufacturing and distribution facilities, data centers, and commercial offices. He regularly advises real estate developers on mixed-use economic development projects, and has substantial experience structuring special tax districts and tax increment financings to support complex development initiatives.
