Dentons Welcomes Ramy Ramadan as Partner to Lead Corporate and M&A Advisory in Dubai

The global law firm, Dentons, has announced the appointment of Ramy Ramadan as a partner in its Corporate practice in Dubai, effective 1 October 2025.

Ramy Ramadan brings over a decade of cross-border M&A and corporate experience from Washington, D.C. and Dubai, further strengthening Dentons’ Corporate practice in the Middle East. He advises international and regional clients, including corporates, financial sponsors, and sovereign-related entities, on high-value transactions and projects across the region.

His sector expertise spans energy and infrastructure, including the growing data centres industry, and extends to life sciences and consumer goods. He regularly advises on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate structuring for project-financed assets.

Commenting on the appointment, Jon Nash (Middle East Managing Partner, Dentons) said, “Ramy is a welcome addition to our team. His experience and connections in the Middle East corporate landscape significantly bolster our strategic offer for clients at a time when we expect increased transactional activity in the region, especially in the energy and infrastructure space.”

Paul Jarvis (CEO, UK, Ireland & Middle East, Dentons) added, “The legal market is expanding rapidly in the Middle East, and Ramy’s appointment further strengthens our Corporate team, ensuring we are well-equipped to provide clients with comprehensive corporate support across a range of key sectors.”

Ramy Ramadan joins following a series of senior hires in Dentons’ Middle East Corporate team, including Stephen McKenna and Ross Barfoot in Abu Dhabi in 2024, and the relocation of Nik Colbridge and Victoria Wyer to Dubai to meet growing client demand in corporate and capital markets expertise.
