Bringing over 25 years of legal and senior leadership experience across India and Singapore, Kapil Chaudhary has served as General Counsel with prominent organizations such as Twitter, Autodesk, IBM, Schlumberger, Junglee Games (a Flutter International company), Star News, and Info Edge (India) Ltd. His practice focuses on providing strategic and practical advice on legal, risk, and policy frameworks, with an emphasis on online gaming, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, data privacy, artificial intelligence, software licensing, intermediary liability, and complex dispute resolution.
Avisha Gupta joins Dentons Link Legal with 14 years of experience advising on complex technology law and regulatory issues. Her expertise spans data protection, fintech, online gaming, and e-commerce. She has advised clients across diverse sectors including digital payments, hospitality, online listing platforms, electronics manufacturing, and gaming. Recognized by leading publications such as Asian Legal Business, Legal 500 Asia Pacific, and Economic Times, Avisha previously led the TMT practice at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices and joins the firm along with her team comprising one Senior Associate and two Associates.
