
Dantes Leung Joins Tian Yuan Law Firm as Partner in Hong Kong Litigation Practice
The PRC-based Tian Yuan Law Firm has strengthened its Hong Kong litigation practice with the appointment of Dantes Leung as Partner. He joins from Oldham Li & Nie (OLN), bringing extensive expertise in commercial litigation, international arbitration, and regulatory compliance.
Leung has advised multinational corporations and high-net-worth individuals on complex cross-border disputes, including international contract disputes, joint venture and shareholder conflicts, estate and trust disputes, intellectual property matters, as well as fraud and debt recovery cases.
Prior to OLN, he trained and practised with Skadden Arps, Slaughter and May, and Skadden, gaining exposure to high-stakes international disputes. Earlier this year, he was recognised among the ALB Asia Top 30 Litigators for 2025.
Commenting on the appointment, Tian Yuan Director Zhu Xiaohui said, “The addition of Leung will further strengthen Tian Yuan’s business layout in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, enhance the professional capabilities of Tian Yuan Hong Kong in handling cross-border disputes, and provide more solid support for clients to address complex commercial challenges.”
