Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Represented Lighthouse Learning Private Limited and Mr. Prajodh Rajan on KKR’s Investment
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, represented Lighthouse Learning Private Limited (the “Company”) and Mr. Prajodh Rajan, Founder and Group CEO of Lighthouse Learning Private Limited, on KKR’s fresh investment in Lighthouse Learning, a leading Indian education services provider.
The investment was made by funds managed by KKR alongside participation from a new investor, Canada’s PSP Investments, and was announced on November 25, 2025.
