Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Vivriti Group on internal restructuring via composite scheme of arrangement
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to Vivriti Group in connection with its internal restructuring by way of a composite scheme of arrangement under Sections 230–232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable regulations. The restructuring involved:
- (a) The demerger of the NBFC business of Vivriti Capital Limited (VCL) into Hari and Company Investments Madras Private Limited;
- (b) The amalgamation of Vivriti Asset Management Private Limited into VCL;
- (c) The demerger of the AMC business of VCL into Vivriti Funds Private Limited.
