Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised SASMOS HET Technologies Limited on investment by A91 Partners
The leading Indian law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised SASMOS HET Technologies Limited in connection with the issuance and allotment of equity shares and compulsorily convertible preference shares to A91 Partners.
SASMOS is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing, and assembling interconnection systems for the aerospace and defence industry. As part of the transaction, the firm also advised on the internal restructuring of the company’s global group, including: (a) subsidiary rationalisation to acquire 100% of the shares of two subsidiaries of the company; and (b) the buyback of equity shares from one of the pre-existing shareholders of the company.
The transaction was led by Anand Jayachandran (Partner) and Pooranimaa Hariharan (Partner), with support from Sanjana Dasgupta (Principal Associate – Designate), Nimrah Rasheed (Associate), Shivam Shekhar (Associate), and Prashastha Cormaty (Associate).
