Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Samayat Services LLP in connection with the sale of 900,000,000 equity shares of Vishal Mega Mart Limited through a share sale on the screen-based trading platform of BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The transaction represents a 19.36% stake sale in the company and is valued at approximately INR 10,220 crores.

This strategic divestment marks a significant transaction in the Indian retail sector, highlighting investor appetite and market confidence in Vishal Mega Mart’s growth trajectory.
