Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised RMZ on Joint Venture with Signature Global for Mixed-Use Development in Gurugram
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised RMZ on setting up a 50:50 joint venture with Signature Global for the development of a mixed-use project of approximately 3.94 million sq. feet of FSI in Gurugram, with RMZ investing up to INR 1,283 crores.
