The leading law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised QpiAI India Private Limited (“QpiAI”) on its Series A fund raise of USD 32 million. The investment round was led by new investors, Avataar Capital and the National Quantum Mission, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, along with participation from other new and existing investors.
The transaction was signed on 6 March 2025 and closed on 25 July 2025.
The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Arun Prabhu (Partner & Head – Technology), with support from Jayant Belgaumkar (Senior Associate) and Stuti Agarwal (Associate).
