Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised KKR on Its Investment in Lighthouse Learning
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, represented KKR on its fresh investment in Lighthouse Learning Private Limited, a leading Indian education services provider.
The investment was made by funds managed by KKR, alongside participation from a new investor, Canada’s PSP Investments. The investment was announced on November 25.
