The Leading Law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to JSW Steel Limited in connection with the acquisition of the entire shareholding of Saffron Resources Private Limited. Saffron holds lands admeasuring approximately 887 acres in Dhenkanal District, Odisha, which JSW Steel may use for its future expansion projects.
