The investment forms part of IFC’s continued commitment to supporting affordable and sustainable housing development in India and is aimed at strengthening the residential real estate sector through long-term capital infusion.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas provided comprehensive legal advisory services in relation to the transaction, including structuring, documentation, regulatory advice, and due diligence support.
