Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Indium IV (Mauritius) Holdings Limited
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to Indium IV (Mauritius) Holdings Limited (“Indium”), an affiliate of True North Managers LLP (“True North”), on the proposed sale of Indium and other minority sellers’ entire shareholding in Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited (“Company”) to PG Lotus Pte. Ltd. (“Partners Group”), a portfolio company of Partners Group; and the proposed issuance of equity shares to Partners Group and its affiliates. Jungle Ventures IV VCC, along with its affiliates, will also participate in the primary round.
This transaction was facilitated through a competitive bid process where Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas provided end-to-end legal and strategic support to True North. The transaction culminated in the signing of definitive agreements pursuant to which Partners Group will acquire a significant stake in the Company. The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the RBI for change in control and change in management of the Company.
