The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Hiranandani Financial Services Private Limited (“HFS”) and its founders, Harsh Hiranandani and Neha Hiranandani, in their debut equity investment round from Vitruvian Partners. Vitruvian Partners invested INR 800 crores in HFS, a non-banking financial company primarily engaged in providing secured loans against property.
