The leading Indian law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Limited (“Placement Agent”), which acted as one of the placement agents for the sale of 18,643,863 equity shares of One97 Communications Limited (“Company”) by Antfin (Netherlands) Holding B.V. (“Seller”) through a share sale on the screen-based trading platforms of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
This transaction comprised part of the sale of a 5.84% stake by the Seller in the Company for a reported aggregate amount of INR 3,980.76 crores.
