The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), acted as legal counsel to Finwizard Technology Private Limited (Fisdom) and the promoters of Fisdom.
The firm advised in relation to the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Fisdom by Billionbrains Garage Ventures Limited (Groww).
Fisdom offers a range of financial services, including mutual fund investments, stock broking services, portfolio management, and tax filing.
The transaction was signed on 16 May 2025 and completed on 6 October 2025.
