Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised Fidelity Investments in a primary investment in Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd (ABFRL) of approximately USD 125 Million by way of preferential allotment.

The share subscription agreement was signed on 7th February, 2025.
