Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Aquatech International LLC on minority investment by Cerberus Capital Management

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Aquatech International LLC, a global leader in water technology and services, and its promoters on a minority investment by Cerberus Capital Management, a world-renowned alternative investment fund. The investment was made through the purchase of primary and secondary membership interests.

The minority investment was led by Cerberus’s Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities platform, which partners with companies addressing global supply chain shortages.

The transaction was signed on 28 February 2025.

The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Ajay Sawhney (Partner & Head – Northern Region) and Bhupendra Verma (Partner), with support from Anurag Mawai (Associate). On taxation, the team was led by SR Patnaik (Partner & Head – Taxation), with assistance from Thangadurai V.P (Principal Associate).
