Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised Actis On 100% Stake Sale Of Profectus Capital To Ugro Capital

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Actis PC Investment (Mauritius) Limited and Actis PC (Mauritius) Limited (affiliates of Actis), along with Profectus Capital Private Limited, in the 100% stake sale of Profectus Capital Private Limited to Ugro Capital Limited for a total purchase consideration of approximately INR 1,400 crores.
