Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised a Middle Eastern Sovereign Fund on USD 200 Million Investment in Micro Life Sciences
The leading law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised a Middle Eastern sovereign fund in relation to its USD 200 million investment for an approximate 3% stake in Micro Life Sciences Private Limited, one of India’s leading medical devices companies. The investment was made through a wholly owned subsidiary of the sovereign fund pursuant to definitive agreements entered into with the Company.
The transaction highlights the increasing strategic interest of global investors in India’s rapidly growing medical technology and healthcare sector.
